Job Information: Reporting to the production manager, the Print Production Coordinator will secure print production contracts on behalf of our clients through various streams: account executives, agencies, and direct clients and to manage the flow of the production once it is ordered

What you’ll do…

  • Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with Account Executives, media and creative agencies to secure production contracts
  • Quote and order advertising production material
  • Liaise with account executives and creative agencies with regards to production file preparation and specs
  • Create purchase orders and manage print orders sent to our vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients,agencies, suppliers and internal staff

Who you are …

  • College Diploma in Advertising, Print Production program or equivalent
  • Time management skills
  • Extremely detailed and organized
  • Works well under pressure and in fast pace environment
  • Well versed in Microsoft office
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Takes constructive criticism and direction well
