Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has a current opening at the Frito Lay Distribution Centre in Brampton, ON for a Full Time Warehouse Technician, 6 month contract. The Role: The Warehouse Technician will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by playing a critical role in the “move” portion of our business. The Warehouse Technician will perform general warehouse duties involving the operation of an automated pick cart; building orders and loading trucks, delivering efficiency and accuracy targets, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities

Picks customer orders by full cases by voice or scanner Pick customer orders by individual bag on Pre-pick module/cart Loads route trucks with product using roller carts or by hand-bombing Uploads cardboard and return product from route trucks into inventory Stacks and bundles cardboards Performs general clean-up/sanitation duties including facility and ground appearance Work in a safe manner utilizing safe lifting techniques Attend regular scheduled team meetings

Qualifications

Completed high school diploma or GED equivalent Able to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs as required Forklift experience preferred Valid Class G drivers license with a clean driving record is a plus Excellent communication skills Power the Brands People Love From the products on shelves to the moments consumers share every day, PepsiCo’s frontline teams make it happen.
