Job Title: Supervisor, Warehouse
We are seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor, Warehouse at Milton, ON to join our Warehouse Team. Shift Work – Continental Shift (12 Hours – Rotating)

Your future team:
You will become part of the Warehouse team reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The team consists of 8-12 team members.
What you will be doing:
- Lead day to day warehouse operations and supervise up to 12 operators and 1 Lead hand.
- Ensure on time, in full customer deliveries and manage floor space using FIFO standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe workplace; enforce PPE, H&S policies and lockout procedures.
- Use SAP for inventory posting and shipping documentation; coordinate gate/trailer movements.
- Liaise with production, planning, traffic and customer service to resolve inventory and shipping issues.
- Identify and remove damaged product, manage pallet/storage flow, and ensure product quality handling.
- Keep accurate records and logbooks, complete required paperwork, coach staff and support continuous improvement.
What you bring:
- Technical College graduate but not mandatory.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Strong people development and training skills
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP or any WMS is an asset.
- Prior experience with Lean/ Continuous Improvement
