Who We’re Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Trade certification or related experience considered an asset Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members Strong organizational and time‑management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Schedule: Full‑Time
Compensation: $3,500-$4,000 per month
What Your Day Will Look Like
Process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Stay current on warranty policies, procedures, recalls, and technical bulletins Monitor and manage open repair orders to ensure timely claim submission Follow up on claims to ensure prompt payment and resolve discrepancies Review and resubmit denied claims or obtain necessary authorizations Maintain accurate warranty records and perform regular account reconciliations Support Service team members with warranty processes and compliance questions Maintain accurate data entry and documentation while ensuring confidentiality
