Could you be the full-time NDT Regional Expert in Americas we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your non-destructive testing (NDT) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance and advancement of NDT practices across the region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Central Operations Teams, Region Quality Directors, Region Operations Quality Teams, and Black Belts), coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers and other companies for benchmarking), and provide guidance to NDT personnel at various levels.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating NDT Site Experts at the regional level, but also drive innovation by developing new NDT applications based on local needs.
We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinating NDT Site referents at the regional level
- Establishing, reviewing, and validating NDT procedures and instructions
- Challenging and improving NDT procedures for regional sites
- Staying updated on evolving regional standards
- Supporting site-level selection of appropriate NDT methods
- Mentoring and guiding NDT personnel (all levels)
- Performing NDT assessments to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
- Ensuring Level 3 NDT expertise is available at relevant sites
- Facilitating regular network calls to animate and strengthen the NDT community
- Supporting root cause analysis and operational investigations
All about you

- Engineer’s degree in mechanics, electrics, or electronics
- Experience in managing quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Level 3 certification according to ISO 9712 or ASNT in NDT methods (visual testing, magnetic testing, penetration testing, ultrasonic testing, radiography testing; leak testing is a plus) or Level 2 with 10 years of experience
- Welding engineer/technician certification (IWE/IWT)
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (desirable)
- More than 10 years of experience in NDTs
- At least 3 years in a management position
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage an international network functionally
- Fluency in English
