Key Responsibilities

  • Provide educational counseling and referrals to prospective and current students by helping individuals to plan program of study that will satisfy college/university requirements and meet students' specific needs, including current and pertinent information on admission, transfer, and graduation requirements for Lakeland College and other post-secondary institutions
  • Coordinate practicum placements, in conjunction with Faculty and Chair
  • Manage and enhance course/program options for students (including timetabling, marketing, special events, etc.), in collaboration with the Dean and Chair.
  • Collaborate with the various service departments on developing student recruitment and retention strategies
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to provide students with valuable industry experience
  • Coordinate online certificate programming

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a College Diploma with three years' experience
  • Passionate for student success
  • Energetic and willing to embrace opportunities and challenges

Additional Information

This is a Full-time Permanent AUPE appointment at the Lloydminster campus commencing August 4, 2026. The current salary range is $56,450 - $71,141 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
