Job Description
The Store Operations Department is currently looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to monitor our NAPA Corporate Stores. The territory will include Northwestern Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and parts of Alberta.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Evaluate each NAPA Corporate Store under your responsibility at least four times annually.

Oversee store operations, including proper returns handling and cash controls, supporting procedure implementation.

Provide guidance on inventory standards and maintenance; assist with physical inventories as needed, performing sample counts before and after.

Assess store compliance with Asset Management Programs, retraining employees and coaching new Store Managers.

Address Health & Safety concerns and investigate suspected fraud or theft.

Collaborate with Regional Management to ensure procedural compliance and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- 3 years in Store Operations or Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Strong process management, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication
- Self-motivated and independent
- Up to 75% travel required
