EMPLOYEE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – Remote within Canada

Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) to provide the best quality support and guidance for our employees
  • Create and maintain all digital employee files, including but not limited to employment contracts, verification letters, and stipend agreements
  • First point of contact for our employees; respond to all inquiries through a general mailbox, forwarding as appropriate
  • Manage and initiate all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) administrative procedures, including electronic onboarding of all new employees, and termination of exiting employees
  • Maintaining accuracy within our HRIS, SuccessFactors, by updating employee data, records and auditing reports, to ensure data integrity
  • Coordinating benefits program enrollments

The value you bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
  • Proven accurate data entry, preferably within an HRIS
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Hours: 37.5hrs per week

Location: Remote Options available in Canada

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $60,000
