Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site;
Hourly wage: $19/hour.
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT…
- Perform cutting and harvesting of plants;
- Transport harvested plants from one room to another;
- Set up plants to ensure proper drying;
- Carry out the drying process of plants;
- Manage and monitor climate parameters in drying rooms;
- Perform daily checks and measurements of flowers to ensure optimal drying;
- Perform plant bucking (detaching flowers from stems);
- Separate leaves from flowers;
- Hang plants for drying;
- Manually trim plants efficiently and accurately;
- Process dried flowers in the drying room;
- Clean rooms, hallways, tools, and equipment under the direction of the Sanitation Manager;
- Comply with Health Canada guidelines, internal policies and practices, and occupational health and safety regulations;
- Support operational activities of various departments as needed.

Established in May 2017, the production facility is located in the Laurentians, in the city of Sainte‑Agathe‑des‑Monts, and employs over 100 employees.
