About the role
Hi, We are hiring an Intermediate Mainframe Developer for a hybrid opportunity. Role: Intermediate Mainframe Developer Location:- Toronto ON Work Model: Hybrid (2–4 Days/Week Onsite) Duration :- Long-term Contract Experience: 4–7 Years Required Skills: IBM Mainframe Development COBOL, JCL, SQL, DB2, IMS Endevor, File-AID, CA-7 INSYNC, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow Strong DB2 analysis and design experience Ability to analyze IMS segments, create detailed designs, perform field mapping, development, unit testing, and deployments Experience mentoring junior developers Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and VS Code Nice to Have: Kafka RESTful APIs Key Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills Self-driven learner with the ability to work independently Adaptable and collaborative team player
