You’ll support operational initiatives, coordinate across teams, and gain hands-on experience with the kind of projects that actually move the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of industrial operations-focused projects
  • Assist with project schedules, workplans, timelines, and status reporting
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations, and progress updates
  • Help ensure projects stay aligned with timelines, budgets and quality
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, colleagues, and external partners
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a college or university undergraduate program
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in project coordination
  • CAPM certification (Certified Associate in Project Management)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review information, identify issues, and support sound decision-making
