The Technical Project Coordinator supports the project engineers and Technical Project Leads with the preparation, coordination, and management of technical documentation, manufacturing deliverables, and project records. The coordinator works closely with the execution team to ensure project information is accurate, complete, and delivered according to project schedules. Review customer specifications and project requirements under the guidance of the Project Engineer. Assist with the review of 3D models, general arrangement drawings, and manufacturing drawings. Prepare and maintain project documentation and ensure engineering files are properly organized and stored in project folders. Assist in the preparation of customer deliverables and technical documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, procedures and technical reports. Support Purchasing, Project Managers, and Project Engineers in sourcing activities and collection of technical information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering documentation, workflows, and project execution processes.

Are you THE person we are looking for? Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline. CPI - Eligible for registration with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Basic proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong organizational and document management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
