- Define AI and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the deployment and adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals to successfully deliver projects.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends and developments to inform strategy and direct vendor partnerships.
- Create and present clear, data-driven updates on project progress to senior leadership; exceptional communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
Profile
- Hands-on experience delivering AI initiatives using tools like Co-Pilot, OpenAI, ChatGPT etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
- Strong capability in designing and executing automation strategies end to end.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong industry awareness of relevant technology vendors and service providers.
