Qualifications/Experience:
Students with prior experience in data collection and/or those currently enrolled in the Business Administration Program are preferred.
Duties:
Students will work with Dr. Dwivedula on his research project named “Interaction between Work Design and Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction as Determinants of AI Adoption: An Empirical Study among Generation Z Workers. Prior to start the RA II should complete TCPS2 training. The successful canidate will be required to respond to survey responses acquired through social media and collect data relevant to the study, and other relevant duties as assigned.
The student will be required to be familiar with platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The student will be required to maintain regular in-person office hours for 20 hours every week.
