About the role

Responsable d’assurer les fonctions de secrétariat et d’administration pour l’ensemble des zones opérationnelles du centre de tri et de la succursale. Son champ d’action couvre le transport routier, la gestion des dossiers, l’assurance qualité et le service client. Traite rapidement les colis endommagés et mal adressés afin d’optimiser les délais de livraison. Premier point de contact des clients, il ou elle gère une variété de problèmes avec efficacité et professionnalisme.

Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas, including linehaul, records management, quality assurance and customer service. Tends to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to optimize delivery time. Serves as a customer’s first line of contact for a variety of issues

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent

Deux (2) ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, en travail de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe; expérience dans un environnement d’exploitation de quai ou dans un centre de distribution, de préférence

Techniques générales telles que la dactylographie, la saisie et l’examen des données; et l’utilisation du téléphone, du photocopieur et de la télécopie.

Compétences logicielles, y compris l’utilisation de logiciels Microsoft Office et d’applications Web.

Techniques de service à la clientèle nécessaires pour répondre efficacement et professionnellement aux demandes.

Gestion du temps, compétences organisationnelles et capacités de multitâche nécessaires pour travailler dans un environnement rapide, gérer différentes tâches et priorités changeantes, tout en maintenant une grande attention aux détails et une précision pour atteindre les tâches et objectifs quotidiens.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

High School Diploma or GED required

Two (2) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred

General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax

Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications

Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals

Preferred Qualifications
