The Operations Warehouse Manager oversees a team of two people, ensuring the coordination of operations, working directly on machines, and optimizing processes to guarantee performance, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities
Efficiently and accurately receive, store, and dispatch goods in line with warehouse procedures. Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly. Operation of material processing equipment safely and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to ensure optimal workflow. Assist in inventory management, including regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to implement and follow best practices for warehouse operations. Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Safeguard warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred. Valid forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment – Preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. Commitment to safety guidelines and protocols. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Entrepôt / Manutentionnaire (poste de premier échelon)
Responsabilités
Réceptionner, entreposer et expédier les marchandises de manière efficace et précise conformément aux procédures d’entrepôt. Utiliser l’équipement de manutention de manière sécuritaire et responsable. Utilisation sécuritaire et responsable de l’équipement de traitement des matériaux. Maintenir un espace d’entreposage propre et organisé pour assurer un flux de travail optimal. Aider à la gestion des stocks, y compris des vérifications régulières des stocks et le signalement des écarts au Gérant d’Entrepôt. Collaborer avec le Gérant d’Entrepôt pour mettre en œuvre et suivre les meilleures pratiques pour les opérations d’entrepôt. Emballer et préparer les commandes pour l’expédition, en assurant une livraison rapide et précise. Protéger les opérations de l’entrepôt en respectant les protocoles et les règlements de sécurité. Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les autres départements pour faciliter le flux de travail. Participer à des initiatives d’amélioration pour améliorer l’efficacité de l’entrepôt. Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail positif et collaboratif.
Qualifications
Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement d’entrepôt est préférable. Certification valide pour chariot élévateur et expérience dans l’utilisation d’équipement de manutention – De préférence. Grand souci du détail et à l’exactitude dans la manipulation des marchandises et la documentation. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et à respecter les dates limites. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps. Compétences informatiques de base pour la saisie de données et le suivi des stocks. Capacité physique à soulever et à déplacer des objets lourds. Engagement envers les directives et les protocoles de sécurité. Volonté de travailler à des horaires flexibles au besoin.
