About EHN Nouveau Départ
EHN Nouveau Départ, based in Montreal, is the Quebec center within the EHN Canada network, specializing in substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our structured inpatient and outpatient programs guide patients toward lasting recovery, stability, and personal growth. While this role primarily serves EHN Nouveau Départ, the Treatment Consultant may also provide support for admissions across other EHN Canada facilities as operational needs arise.
Overiew
As a Treatment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals and families through life-changing treatment options. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and referral partners, combining sales expertise with clinical awareness to identify needs, provide tailored solutions, and close admissions. This 100% remote role is ideal for a bilingual, quick-thinking, results-driven professional who wants to make a real impact while working in a dynamic and meaningful environment.
Contract Details
One-year temporary full time contract position, 40 hours/week, with potential for extension based on performance and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from prospective patients, families, and referral partners.
- Conduct structured discovery calls to assess clinical, psychological, and personal needs and recommend appropriate treatment programs.
- Build rapport and establish urgency around accessing treatment while delivering a solution-oriented experience.
- Conduct clinical and medical phone screenings to ensure safe and appropriate admissions.
- Maintain methodical and consistent follow-up to convert opportunities into admissions.
- Collaborate closely with clinical, medical, and operations teams for a seamless patient experience.
- Accurately document all interactions, assessments, and follow-ups in internal systems.
- Support admissions for other EHN Canada facilities as operationally needed.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements, innovative sales strategies, and technology enhancements in the admissions department.
Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience; healthcare, mental health, or addiction treatment experience is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Quick thinking, solutions-oriented, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Motivated to make a meaningful impact on patient lives and the success of the network.

This position is open to candidates located in Montreal, Quebec. Please note that EHN Canada is registered as an Ontario employer. As such, payroll deductions and taxation will be administered in accordance with applicable federal and provincial regulations.
