Peak Processing Solutions, a leading cannabis beverage and product manufacturer based in Windsor, ON, is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial AZ Driver to support our growing logistics and distribution operations. This role involves transporting finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies between our production site, off-site storage facilities, and provincial distributors across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate a 53-foot sleeper cab and reefer trailer safely and efficiently

· Deliver full truckloads of finished and unfinished cannabis products to provincial distributors and off-site storage facilities within Ontario.

· Pick up and deliver raw materials and packaging supplies within the region

· Stage and prepare outbound shipments, including documentation and loading

· Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles

· Monitor reefer unit settings and ensure product temperature stability

· Complete all necessary shipping paperwork, including BOLs, reefer logs, and staging records

· Maintain strict chain-of-custody protocols for cannabis handling

· Prepare shipments by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product

· Maintain material-handling equipment per Peak’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Support occasional weekend or overtime shifts as needed

· Remain flexible with scheduling to accommodate time-sensitive shipments

· Perform other duties as assigned by Logistics or Operations Manager

• Occasional overnight required

Experience and Qualifications

· Valid Class AZ License (Ontario)

· Minimum 5 years of commercial tractor-trailer experience

· Clean Commercial Driver Abstract (CDA)

·Provide Letter of employment showing proof of  a minimum of 3 years similar driving experience from a previous insurance company

· Able to pass a criminal background check (CPIC)

· Experience with regulated or temperature-sensitive cargo (preferred)

· Strong knowledge of CVOR, HOS, ELD, and MTO compliance standards

· Self-motivated, punctual, and safety-conscious
