Precision Record Pressing is a leading vinyl record pressing company with multiple locations in the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our OAKVILLE/REMOTEteam. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will be responsible for working exclusively with our major music label accounts. We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment!
Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming sales inquiries
- Use custom Precision software to create sales quotations
- Accept new orders and help prepare paperwork for submission
- Offer proactive high quality customer care for entire duration of project (guidance, updates, trouble shooting, etc.)
- Liaise with various internal departments in cooperative effort to move projects through the system, highlighting and resolving specific challenges or obstacles
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Sedentary, office-based role that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Position requires sitting at desk ¾ or more of day, walking short distances for less than ¼ of day.
- Substantially repetitive movements of the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Required to have visual acuity to perform activities including but not limited to analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, extensive reading.
- Minimal lifting of cartons weighing up to 30lbs
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales and project management experience, dealing with customers directly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite
- Strong self-initiative and work ethic with a drive to achieve sustainable results
- Excellent team player
- Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly analytical thinker with very strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, efficiency, organization, and managing multiple projects while meeting departmental goals and deadlines
