The position:
As the Receptionist at Trail Appliances, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience in-person and over the phone. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you play a key role in upholding our commitment to unparalleled customer service, expert advice, and strong family values. Your professionalism and friendly demeanor help set the tone for our customer interactions, reinforcing our reputation as an industry leader built on respect, integrity, diversity, passion, and laughter.

What you’ll be doing:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Answer and direct customer calls, ensuring messages reach the appropriate person promptly.
- Guide in-store customers to the correct department or team member.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
What you need to be successful:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping customers.
Availability:
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Sunday - 9:30am - 6:00pm
Compensation:
$17/hr - $19/hr
