Your New Role
You’ll support senior engineers and project managers in designing mechanical systems for renovations and new builds. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design, load calculations, site inspections, system selection, and construction administration.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering 5–8 years in building systems design Proficiency in Revit MEP, HVAC, hydronic systems, and BIM coordination Familiarity with HAP, E-Quest, IES, RETScreen, and relevant codes (OBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, CSA) Strong communication, organization, and a collaborative mindset Valid driver’s license and Revit portfolio
