What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities through AI-assisted outbound prospecting, research, and personalized outreach. Create and execute an external marketing strategy that increases awareness, engagement, and demand. Bring forward new ideas, channels, AI tools, and growth experiments that help shape Venngage's future marketing direction and strengthen our position in the market. Monitor competitor positioning, emerging AI workflows and market/viral trends to identify gaps, opportunities and areas where Venngage AI can differentiate. Leverage your personal brand and industry network to increase Venngage's visibility within the AI, design, and business communities. Experiment with AI-driven GTM strategies, workflows, and automation to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Own end-to-end go-to-market launches, leading cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to execute messaging, campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives Measure the performance of campaigns, content, community engagement, and GTM initiatives, using insights to continuously refine strategy. Identify target accounts and decision-makers using AI-powered sales and research tools

What We are Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, business development, sales, growth, or go-to-market roles. Have an established personal brand with an engaged following on platforms such as YouTube, IG,TikTok and X (Twitter), demonstrating an ability to attract and influence an audience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent prospecting and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
