Expansion Control Systems – Intern or Early‑Career Full‑Time Contract (12–16 Months)

Duration of the Internship / Early‑Career Contract: 12 to 16 Months
TheIntern or Early‑Career Full‑Time Contract Employeewill support the Technical Coordinator in performing the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Building Owners, and Distribution partners.
- Target and track projects using Construction Market Data tools, assisting with the management of the sales pipeline.
- Interpret design intent and field conditions communicated through photos, CAD files, and sketched drawings.
- Collaborate with internal technical support teams in the preparation of submittals and manufacturing shop drawings.
- Generate quotes for bidders in coordination with the sales team.
- Work directly with customers and internal manufacturing teams on pending projects to ensure order accuracy and timely project execution.
- Prepare project submittal packages and provide customers with warranty documentation.
- Coordinate technical literature, sample requests, and other customer‑related activities.
- Receive and verify customer orders, and process them with CSR in accordance with established procedures.
- Follow up with internal logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Your expertise - Our strength
Technical & Academic
- Currently enrolled in Architectural Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of foundational courses such as drafting, CAD, structures, or construction methods.
- Ability to interpret basic drawings, plans, or specifications (beginner level is fine).
- Basic understanding of building assemblies or construction processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable learning new software tools (e.g., CAD viewer, CRM, or mobile apps).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
