This role is ideal for Medical Office Assistant seeking Canadian clinical exposure while working within a non-regulated support role under physician supervision.The successful candidate will support both clinical operations and administrative workflows, contributing to efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities Greet patients and support clinic flow Input, edit, and maintain electronic medical records and correspondence Collect patient information, medical histories, medications, and allergies Record vital signs and prepare patient charts for physician review Draft clinical notes, referral letters, and summaries for physician sign-off Assist physicians during minor procedures by preparing rooms and equipment Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and diagnostic test tracking Provide physician-approved patient education and instructions Maintain confidential patient records in compliance with PHIPA Support billing, insurance forms, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications Medical Office Assistant diploma or equivalent experience preferred Experience working with EMR(Juno OR Avaro's) Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Knowledge of EMRs and clinical workflows is an asset
