The Office of the CXO group within the EA Experiences organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management.
The Office of the CXO (oCXO) drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We are horizontal connectors empowering teams across the Experiences organization with the strategic prioritization, investments, resources, data, insights, and technology required to accelerate business outcomes in service of our goals.
The Email & Dynamic Messaging (EDM) team sits within the CRM group, and is responsible for managing email as a channel and for developing products that improve the way we execute strategies at scale. As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will report to the Director, Email & Dynamic Messaging. Our team focuses on key metrics that drive positive Player experiences and incremental growth for the business. As a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager, Product Management, you will lead and innovate within the EDM team. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for EDM.
- Develop Product Development frameworks and manage the product lifecycle once in production.
- Lead the vision and requirements for a robust campaign management product that improves speed-to-market, reduces error, and is interoperable with new and existing products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering growth and development.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize and enhance product offerings and optimize existing products.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on email subject matter expertise and campaign management solutions.
- Direct, hands-on experience with enterprise-level campaign management tools, workflow automation platforms and tools, and low-code application platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and developing growth-oriented teams.
- Data analysis skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Adept at balancing existing needs with longer-term roadmap vision.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$138,700 - $199,900 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
