Job Description: Skywise is a leading digital services company, wholly owned by Airbus. As a Software Engineer at Skywise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital solutions. We have organized the core responsibilities to give you a clearer picture of your day-to-day impact: Development & Architecture Build & Scale: Assemble and edit source code repositories to develop a high-quality software stack tailored to product needs. Architectural Alignment: Develop design specifications and parameters that strictly comply with existing architectural blueprints, standards, and environment structures. System Integration: Determine how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, web interfaces, and hardware logic across multiple platforms work together to meet emerging enterprise requirements. Full Lifecycle & Quality Assurance End-to-End Ownership: Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle—from initial analysis and design through to testing, integration, and live operations. Test Strategy: Define comprehensive test strategies, scripts, and scenarios, while actively monitoring test execution to ensure system reliability. Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy, test, and integrate highly available, scalable, maintainable, and thoroughly monitored systems and services. Functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate both functional and technical integrations across teams. Continuous Improvement & Support Innovation: Research, evaluate, and develop new tools to continuously improve product development efficiency. Documentation: Assist in the development of clear, user-friendly product manuals to support our end-users.
