Position Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative will work directly with the VP of Sales, while also working closely with cross-functional teams. As an integral part of the sales team you will both develop new and manage existing sales opportunities across your territory in numerous customer segments.
While at CTG you will also help define and execute CTG strategic sales plans based on business objectives, customer & consumer insight, and global market trends. Key will be your highly motivated abilities to combine your sales savvy with a customer first focus, as you look for creative ways to help us achieve our corporate goals for revenue growth, profitability, and market leadership.

Research, formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Develop sales presentations and provides reports regarding forecasts and sales progress.

Develop sales goals for a designated customer base while servicing their needs with the utmost level of professionalism.

Participate in the setup and sales activities of the semi-annual open houses and regional trade shows.

Participate and engage in CTG National Sales Meetings at the Vaughan Head Office.

Work closely with the merchandising team for product knowledge and provide feedback from customers.

Work closely with the Customer Service and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to customer satisfaction and efficient account management.

Fully utilize sales tools (e.g. mobile devices, electronic catalogue, e-commerce website) developed by CTG

Consistently meet or exceed company's performance expectations.

The position may have other collateral duties and tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma with 3 years proven sales experience.

Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

You are a highly motivated self-starter who is detail oriented and capable of prioritizing work flow.

Strong follow-up skills.
-
Ability to close and follow through on sales with new and existing customers.

Ability to be an effective member of the team while primarily being independently motivated with minimal supervisions

Proficiency in computer and mobile devices.
