Tradesman Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Support team member to help keep our warehouse running efficiently. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that takes pride in quality, teamwork, and excellence in everything we do.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
In this role, you’ll provide both administrative and hands-on support—managing documentation, scheduling, and logistics coordination while assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations. REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
SALARY RANGE: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly
HOURS: Mon- Fri 3:00pm – 12:00am. 40 hours weekly (Plus 2.5 hrs banked & OT as required).
SUMMARY: The Operations Support – Warehouse role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support across all Warehouse (WHS) functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations through accurate documentation, scheduling, and coordination of communication and logistics activities. The role entails a balanced schedule, with time shared between performing administrative tasks in the office and supporting operational activities on the warehouse floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support: Provides comprehensive administrative assistance to warehouse operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of documentation, scheduling, and internal communication.
- Warehouse Coordination: Supports coordination of day-to-day warehouse (WHS) activities, assisting in the organization of resources, materials, and workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepares, maintains, and files operational and logistics documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all reporting to support traceability and compliance.
- Inventory and Data Management: Assists in tracking inventory levels, updating warehouse management systems, and performing regular data entry and verification to support accurate reporting and stock control.
- Warehouse Compliance Support: Supports warehouse compliance activities by assisting with timely submissions, audits, and recordkeeping in line with internal policies and external requirements.
- Training and Recordkeeping: Coordinates training sessions for warehouse personnel and maintains accurate and current training records in accordance with internal requirements.
- Onboarding Support: Assists with the onboarding of new warehouse staff by facilitating familiarization with warehouse processes and safety procedures and ensuring new team members are adequately supported during their initial training period.
- Internal Communication: Facilitates effective communication across departments, ensuring the timely dissemination of information and resolution of internal inquiries.
- Project and Initiative Support: Provides administrative and coordination support for new warehouse initiatives and improvement projects, contributing to process efficiency and operational development.
- Data Entry and System Updates: Performs accurate and timely data entry for warehouse transactions, ensuring information is correctly captured and maintained within relevant systems.
- General Operational Support: Undertakes additional tasks as required to support overall warehouse performance, compliance, and continuous improvement objectives.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift/carry boxes/packages/parcels up to 20lbs (includes floor to waist lifting).
- Sitting for extended periods
- Periodic climbing (stairs)
- Repetitive use of hands/wrists with light grasping
- Occasional walking/twisting/bending/reaching above and below the shoulder.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment, with minimal noise with temperature controls.
- Working conditions are normal for warehousing environments.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) if in the warehouse or manufacturing facility, to include, but not limited to, safety glasses, steel-toe foot protection, hearing protection, and hard hats.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in the use of ERP systems and related operational software.
- Prior experience within a supply chain or warehouse operations environment is highly regarded.

- Excellent English communication & comprehension skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management and operational systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
