Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in Google and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the use of relevant office equipment
- Able to follow directions
- Possesses Standard First Aid certificate
- Meets the physical requirements of the position.
Duties/Responsibilities: Duties are performed under the supervision of the Head of School or designate
- Compiles and processes daily attendance
- Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence and other material
- Performs telephone and reception duties
- Prepares a variety of correspondence and other necessary material
- Responds to student/parent/staff needs as directed
- Assists with school community events
- Student supervision as required
- Creates a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
- Follows proper work procedures, observes all regulations pertinent to the work, maintains a good working relationship with other employees and cooperates in maintaining a healthy learning and working environment
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Salary: $38,000 - $44,000 depending on relevant experience
