About the role

e4c’s Long-Term Supported Housing program provides a safe, stable home to individuals who face complex mental health and addiction challenges. Our approach centers on a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and harm-reduction model. As the Site Manager, you will play an integral role in overseeing day-to-day operations at Elizabeth House Lodge, ensuring that the program meets the unique needs of residents and aligns with both agency and funder requirements. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and manage a dedicated group of staff to support residents in achieving their self-identified recovery goals. This leadership role involves maintaining the program’s standards, managing operational tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment where residents are empowered to thrive. What You Bring To The Team To succeed in this role, you are a compassionate, experienced leader with a strong commitment to social impact. Your expertise in human services, combined with your leadership skills, makes you an excellent fit for this position. We’re looking for someone who can balance operational responsibilities with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental health and addiction issues.

  • 5+ years in a supervisory role, with a strong focus on team support and development.
  • You have experience working with populations facing mental health and addiction challenges, and you’re familiar with harm reduction, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.
  • You hold a degree or diploma in human services or a related field.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and community stakeholders, creating a supportive, inclusive environment.
  • You are skilled in overseeing program operations, financial management, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Important work you will do at e4c As Site Manager, you will be responsible for both the operational and leadership aspects of the Long-Term Supported Housing program. Your role is critical to the program's success, ensuring that residents receive the support they need to work towards their wellness goals.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and meet program goals and outcomes. Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Lead and guide a team of Community Support Workers, offering constructive feedback, training, and support. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration and provide leadership alongside clinical teams to meet residents’ needs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with neighbors, the community, and other e4c programs to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Implement and maintain effective risk management practices, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the Risk Register is regularly updated.
  • Oversee financial records and manage budgets, ensuring all required reports are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with e4c’s financial practices.
