About the role
As a Factoring Member/Client Relations Advisor Manager , you play an expert role and actively contribute to business cash flow cycle solutions. You’ll join a dynamic administrative department Senior Management Division that oversees several specialized programs and is made up of multidisciplinary experts who meet the various needs of businesses. You’ll grow in a stimulating and non-routine environment. As a factoring and receivables purchasing specialist, you’ll work independently with a strong sense of initiative to proactively manage your assigned portfolio. You’ll serve as an expert with clients, debtors, business banking operations and internal partners. You’ll be responsible for commercial management and communications with factoring members and clients, both before and after the business development process. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Carefully manage the your assigned portfolios of factoring members and clients, including annual financial reviews and increase requests
- Make portfolio decisions within established parameters
- Monitor the portfolio both in detail and at a high level and conduct monthly follow-ups as needed
- Incorporate new factoring facilities, including the preparation of documentation, the research and the requests needed to implement it, and the taking of guarantees
- Assess the risks associated with members and clients and their debtors
- Train and support members and clients on how to use the portal and factoring best practices
- Act as a point of contact between the business line, business banking operations and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the distribution network to maximize the personalized product and service offer for members and clients
- Help implement tools and continuously improve the business line’s practices.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience working efficiently under pressure and on time with a sense of initiative and a focus on client satisfaction
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort in learning and using new core business systems and software
