Inside Sale Representative
Your main responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and continuously improving support and coordination services for all Existing Installation (EI) projects. Working with EI sales and operations you will drive growth, ensuring customers are always supported and additional opportunities are never missed.
Process Management

Monitor and update SAP and Project Planner to ensure dates are met
-
Assist with project cost control through the preparation, issuance and processing of contract change orders and the review and coding of supplier invoices

Assist with maintaining project milestones by supporting sales with the approvals process
Sales / Customer Orientation
- Communicate with customers both internal and external including general contractors and
other trades

Conduct specification review and respond to requests for estimates
-
Prepare estimates for new opportunities and process bookings as required

Support bid and quotation process
-
Maintain current client relationships for sales lead generation
Administration/Coordination
- Assist in auditing and processing of maintenance contracts
- Prepare and send project documents, correspondence and manuals as required
- Attend sales meetings, prepare and distribute minutes
- Issue and track purchase orders in SAP
- Assist with collections
- Track and manage documentation in accordance with Best Demonstrated Practices (i.e. TSSA, 500 Orders, Change Orders, Site Visit)
- Maintain technical and ISO databases and systems
- Filing and other administrative duties
What you bring
Knowledge

Post Secondary Education and/or related experience
Critical Skills
- Technical proficiency and/or construction experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of
activities and changing priorities
- Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both
independently and collaboratively
- Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
