About the role
Our client is a well-funded Canadian aerospace company developing next-generation launch technology to advance domestic access to space. Founded by an experienced team of industry veterans, they're building complex, mission-critical systems that support national innovation, security, and long-term growth within Canada's rapidly expanding space sector.
We're looking for an IT Manager to join the team! This is a hands-on, foundational role responsible for designing, building, and managing the company's IT infrastructure from the ground up. Ideal candidates have strong infrastructure and systems administration experience, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive in high-growth engineering environments where they'll help build the systems that enable the business to scale securely

o:Design, deploy, and maintain secure multi-site network and server infrastructure across the organizati onOwn cloud infrastructure, SaaS administration, identity and access management, and core IT syste msMonitor network performance, respond to incidents, and ensure reliable uptime for engineering and business operatio nsPartner with internal teams to support software, infrastructure, and technical requirements across the organizati onManage day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, hardware, device management, and troubleshooti ngSupport cybersecurity initiatives by implementing security controls, access policies, documentation, and best practic
