Description
- Manage daily on-site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.
- Inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met at all stages of construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules and reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Supervise and support site workers to ensure optimal performance.

Profile
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Minimum of 7 years of on‑site construction experience.
- Demonstrated experience as an ICI‑focused and or Heavy Industrial Site Superintendent.
- Proven background working with a general contractor.
- Extensive experience in industrial projects, including plant construction, water treatment facilities, pumping systems, and other ICI developments.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $120000 to $150000 CAD annually.
