About the role
We're looking for a Partnerships Success Manager to lead the complete lifecycle of our digital and embedded partnerships. This includes everything from finding new opportunities and executing integrations to optimizing their long-term performance.
You'll be responsible for sourcing new digital distribution partners, building the business case for them, and then leading the post deal execution. This means you will ensure each partnership goes live, delivers results, and continues to grow.
This is a cross functional role that combines business development, technical project management, and partner success. You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Legal to launch high impact partnerships and keep them growing.
What you'll be doing
- Translate partnership deals into execution plans, working closely with Product, Tech, and Legal teams.
- Scope integration requirements with partners: API access, white-label flows, co-branded journeys, etc.
- Be the point person for technical onboarding, ensuring both sides are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Project manage implementation timelines, risks, and stakeholder updates across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Sales, Marketing) to ensure readiness for launch.
- Own partner performance, analyzing onboarding funnel data and taking action to optimize conversion.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews to track key metrics across each partnership.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and grow partnerships post-launch: new features, product enhancements, workflow changes, etc.
- Act as the internal advocate for partners, influencing roadmap priorities and process improvements to unlock greater value.
Who we're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, product operations, technical account management, or similar roles.
- Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or tech platform environments.
- Excellent project management skills: you thrive on making things happen across teams.
- Comfortable translating between business and technical stakeholders.
- A bias for clarity, ownership, and thoughtful execution.
Nice to have
- Experience working in or alongside mortgage or consumer lending businesses.
- Familiarity with Jira, and product documentation platforms.
- Exposure to embedded finance or platform partnership models.
What we offer
- Contribute directly to shaping the experience that modernizes the Canadian mortgage industry.
- Take advantage of nesto's employee mortgage program that provides our employees with the best, exclusive, preferred low rates.
- Benefit from a generous time-off policy including 4 weeks vacation per year.
- Enjoy a premium benefits plan fully paid by nesto, including a top-class insurance plan and unlimited access to telemedicine and mental health service, for you and your family from day 1.
- Access to an annual health and wellness budget.
- We own beautiful offices in downtown Montreal (Peel Station) and our spaces are dog-friendly.
