About This Role We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client Service Operations team and help elevate our service delivery to the next level. In this critical role, you'll be the bridge between our growing client base and internal teams, ensuring exceptional post-sales support and fostering long-term client relationships.
As our newest Account Manager, you'll step in immediately after new clients are signed to provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support. You'll work closely with client contacts and consultants to resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for continued success.
What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success
- Project Coordination: Lead IT project planning initiatives, drafting comprehensive statements of work
- Post-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to newly signed clients, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal consultants and client contacts to deliver outstanding service
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing our service delivery processes and client experience
What We're Looking For
- NetSuite Industry Experience: Previous account management experience specifically within the NetSuite ecosystem
- Consulting Background: Demonstrated experience working with consulting businesses
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Account Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts, timelines, and consultant resources
- IT Project Scoping: Experience in IT project scoping and planning and creating detailed statements of work
- Leadership Skills: Natural leader who can guide client engagements and influence outcomes
Location:
- This is a fully remote role open to applicants anywhere in Canada or the US
Compensation
- $70,000 - $90,000
