Transportation is responsible for the movement of materials and products between suppliers, manufacturing, warehousing and the customer. Management of transportation assets and systems to gain greater service, cost efficiency and optimization of processes.
Cardinal Health Canada is currently seeking a Sr. Coordinator for an immediate need within our Concord location for the Afternoon shift from 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Monday to Friday.
The Sr. Coordinator is a part of the Concord Transportation Dispatch team and responsible for the day-to-day dispatching and private fleet of our private fleet driving team, monitoring e-logs for ministry compliance, Driver and equipment scheduling and other various private fleet dispatching responsibilities.

Your Contributions To The Organization Will Be
- Communicating with internal & external stakeholders
- Managing Email at NSC and Applewood.
- Dispatching Private-Fleet operations
- Modifying routes and expediting urgent shipping requests
- Managing order traffic into priority sequence for Operations processing
- Building delivery routes for Private Fleet operations
- Managing transportation related customer service requests
- Provide guidance or technical assistance to organizational projects
This Job Might Be For You If
- HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field (commercial carriers or private fleet)
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, One Note)
- Prior experience with JD Edwards (AS/400), SAP considered an asset
- Team-oriented, committed, driven, assertive, curious and self-directed
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, adaptable to change and able to reprioritize on short-notice
