In this role, you’ll help ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting strong financial processes across multiple entities.

What You Will Do:
- Process vendor invoices across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and appropriate approvals prior to posting.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation to confirm correct pricing, quantities, and account allocations.
- Match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, or supporting documentation where applicable.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner to meet payment schedules and avoid late payments.
- Prepare and assist with vendor payment runs
- Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation within the accounting system.
- Respond to and resolve vendor inquiries regarding payment status or invoice discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve duplicate invoices, discrepancies, or other payment-related issues.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on missing or outstanding invoices.
- Assist with accounts payable reconciliations and reporting as part of the month-end close process.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audit and internal control requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and workflow efficiency
What You Will Bring:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Accounts payable experience is an asset
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems; experience with Acumatica is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills.
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $62,000
