The Risk Management Executive Division serves a strategic function, and its primary mission is to partner with Desjardins Group’s business and development sectors to identify, measure and manage risk. It also ensures that risk management at Desjardins is aligned with the organization’s risk appetite and business strategy.

👉 Your mandate Your talent will be put to good use as you work with risk management professionals to contribute to your host team’s diverse and exciting projects. You’ll be working as a financial OR non-financial risk management analyst in a Parcours de découverte development program. When you’ve completed the program, you’ll have all the tools you need to pursue a promising career at Desjardins. As a candidate for the financial risk management program , you’ll help oversee, monitor, disclose and quantify financial risks. These include credit, market, counterparty, issuer, interest rate, liquidity and insurance risk. As a candidate for the non-financial risk management program, you’ll help identify, monitor and oversee non-financial risks. These include technology, information security, data, personal information protection, anti-money laundering, financial crime and reputation risk .
What you need to succeed ?
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- The ability to build relationships and adapt to a changing work environment
- Independence and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent analytical skills
- Effective communication skills The ability to summarize and synthesize information
- Knowledge of French is required
What we offer*
- Full-time permanent position, 35 hours a week
- Salary: Based on internal scales in effect, plus competitive annual bonus

What You Bring To The Table Eligibility criteria
- Social and academic involvement
- Excellent academic record
- Spring 2026 graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field
- Training related to the business sector
- Knowledge of French required
