While reporting to the Manufacturing Manager as the (Plant Manager), you will be responsible for succeeding in Sonoco’s core competencies which include, Business Knowledge, Communications, Customer Focus, Leadership/Teamwork/Collaboration, Peoples selection & Development, as well as Innovation, and Execution/Accountability within the (Location) plant.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing the plants annual operating budget
- Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures
- Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process
- Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction
We’d Love To Hear From You If
- You have a four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience)
- You have 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred
- You have experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership
Compensation The annual base salary range for this role is from 150,240 to 169,020 CAD, plus an annual target bonus of 25% of base salary.
