About the role

Job Description What makes this role important at Ipsos? We are looking for a highly creative and collaborative graphic designer to lead design for Ipsos Innovation.

As Global Designer , you will partner closely with our Global Communication and Activation Manager to shape how clients experience Ipsos’ Innovation services, solutions, and stories. You'll bring creativity and clarity to complex concepts and ideas through visuals and videos for product launches, events, and campaigns.

Some days, you'll design complex figures and visualize data. Other days, you'll champion the visual identity of state-of-the-art AI and data solutions. Additionally, you'll create demo videos and animations for our new and evolving platforms. You will have the opportunity to explore AI-driven design tools and emerging storytelling techniques to invigorate the identity and experience of Ipsos’ innovation services.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Design to Sell. Design eye-catching PowerPoint sales decks and case studies, and marketing materials, aimed at capturing the attention of business professionals.
  • Animate Campaigns. Develop promotional and demo videos, along with immersive mock-ups, that bring solutions to life and exhibit them in action.
  • Elevate our Brand. Design for event marketing, trade show activations, and social content that keeps us top of mind.
  • Visualize Data. Transform information and insights into compelling visual stories.
  • Collaborate to Win. Work hand-in-hand with activation, research, and communication teams to deliver impactful, strategic creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual design. Design creative concepts, designs and layouts across multiple channels, including sales, marketing, and advertising campaigns.
  • Video development. Create promotional and demo videos involving motion graphics, animations, and sourced video content in line with project scope.
  • Print design. Develop commercial booths, booklets, and print signage.

This might be the job for you if you have: Essential Skills

  • Courageous creativity. Demonstrated ability to create bold, compelling, and high-quality creative concepts and design directions.
  • PowerPoint extraordinaire. You turn snoozy slides into show-stopping stories and visualizations, using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Mastery of video. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, with motion design and animation skills.
  • Strategic design. Experience in articulating visual identities for different channels (social media, print, online ads).
  • Commitment to excellence. Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, and data visualization.
  • Highly organized. Proactively and independently manages workload. Structures personal workflows, file management, version control, and asset libraries.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design or multimedia role.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, or proven experience.
  • Fluency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign).

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B brand and product communications.
  • Experience directing or developing product and platform brand identities.
  • Experience in developing creatives for LinkedIn campaigns.
  • General knowledge for market research or insights & analytics.
  • Strong agency experience is an asset.

In accordance with local law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $64,000 to $67,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications. About The Team The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop the initial idea for a product/service, ensure the fully-articulated description of the product/service resonates with consumers, confirm that prototypes of the product/service properly deliver on consumer expectations, and finetune the full mix prior to launch.
