This position reports to a Site Manager or Provincial Manager within the Care Services Division; however, different reporting mechanisms may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Nursing- Certification for Basic Life Saver (BLS)-C- Oncology Nursing Certification is an assetMemberships:- Licensed with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).Skills:- Relevant clinical knowledge and ability to apply clinical knowledge in practice.- Ability to interpret detailed information and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.- Human relations skills are required to develop formal relationships of a therapeutic nature to assist others in achieving their short- or long-term goals.- Considerable judgment and problem-solving ability is required to identify, analyze and define problems and select the most appropriate solution to rectify them.- Accuracy of fine motor movements required for starting IV lines, giving medications, assisting with medical procedures etc...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.
