About the role
Joining us as a Designer and Programmer with us means putting your exceptional attention to detail and team spirit to work.
As a Designer and Programmer, you will be responsible for quickly designing, drafting, and programming quotes and customer orders, while supporting production to ensure quality and efficiency.
On a daily basis, you will:

Designing and drafting customer orders according to their needs and priorities.

Programming and converting drawing data into machine language for various parts using programming software.

Updating recipes related to customer orders in the ERP system.

Completing production forms as needed.
-
Making program changes upon production requests.
-
Providing technical assistance to CNC punch operators in case of issues.
-
Performing any other related tasks requested by your supervisor.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:
- A college diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a vocational diploma in Industrial Drafting, or equivalent training.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks) and programming software (Salvagnini, NC Express).
- Knowledge of sheet metal transformation processes and equipment (punch presses, bending machines, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
