Le Chargé de projet Implantation dirige des projets d'implantation SaaS de bout en bout, en accompagnant les clients du démarrage jusqu'à la mise en production tout en coordonnant les équipes internes et les principales parties prenantes. Missions Diriger des projets d'implantation SaaS de bout en bout, du démarrage à la mise en production. Recueillir les besoins d'affaires et fonctionnels et coordonner les activités de configuration de la plateforme. Agir à titre de principal point de contact pour les clients en offrant accompagnement, formation et soutien à la gestion du changement. Gérer les échéanciers, les risques, les livrables et les communications avec les parties prenantes. Collaborer avec les équipes du Succès Client, des Opérations, du Produit et des Technologies afin d'assurer le succès des projets. Gérer plusieurs implantations simultanément tout en maintenant un haut niveau de service et de satisfaction client. Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through go-live. Gather business and functional requirements and coordinate platform configuration activities. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance, training, and change management support. Manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service and client satisfaction. Profil du candidat Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, implantation, succès client ou dans un rôle similaire axé sur les clients. Bilinguisme complet (français et anglais) avec la capacité de communiquer de façon professionnelle dans les deux langues. Excellentes aptitudes en coordination de projets, organisation et gestion des parties prenantes. Expérience auprès de clients dans un environnement SaaS, technologique, logiciel ou de services professionnels. Solides compétences en communication, présentation et développement de relations. Approche proactive, adaptable et à l'aise dans un environnement en constante évolution. Expérience avec Jira, Smartsheet ou d'autres outils de gestion de projet constitue un atout. 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, customer success, or a related client-facing role. Fully bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages. Strong project coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with clients in a SaaS, software, technology, or professional services environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar project management platforms is an asset.
