About the role

Job Summary We are looking for a Power Platform RPA Developer to design and implement intelligent automation agents using Microsoft’s Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, and Power BI).

Key Accountabilities

  • Build, deploy, and maintain RPAs.
  • Build, deploy and maintain AI-driven process automation agents.
  • Design and optimize business workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Integrate AI features (Copilot, GPT, or custom connectors) into business processes.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Ensure data security, governance, and scalability of developed solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an agent.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Power Apps).
  • Experience building bots or conversational agents (Copilot Studio).
  • Knowledge of RPA principles and AI integration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
