About the role
SureShot Solutions designs, manufactures, and markets the most innovative dispensers of beverages and beverage add-ins, quenching the thirst of anyone looking for a better way to serve refreshments. With many industry firsts, they are passionate about identifying customer needs, and are tenacious about providing breakthrough solutions to address them. Over the years, they have proudly collaborated with top quick-serve restaurant chains and convenience retailers worldwide to design, engineer, manufacture, and market dispensers for beverages and beverage enhancers. At the heart of their success lies a deep-rooted commitment to excellence, where innovation meets unparalleled craftsmanship. Adaptability to change and a commitment to ensuring a safe workplace while delivering top-notch quality results are qualities SureShot holds in high regard.
On behalf of SureShot, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to lead key functional areas including procurement, inventory performance management, planning, and scheduling, while providing direct leadership to the Logistics Lead & Scheduler and the Purchasing Agent.
Are you a strategic and systems-savvy supply chain professional who thrives on optimizing operations, leading teams, and delivering results? Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, this role is a critical member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team and plays a central role in driving operational efficiency and supplier performance.
What You’ll Do Lead and manage the Supply Chain team, including the Logistics Lead & Scheduler (responsible for production scheduling, Manufacturing Bills-of-Material (BOMs), forecast management, and inbound/outbound logistics) and the Purchasing Agent (responsible for sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order management), providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure alignment with business goals. Drive the development, documentation, and standardization of supply chain processes, strengthening rigor and consistency across planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics activities. Lead supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives to drive value and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with Engineering and vendors to identify and implement direct material cost reduction opportunities. Lead the creation of supply chain risk management strategies, including contingency planning, to ensure continuity of operations. Develop and implement dynamic inventory control methods (e.g., EOQ, EBQ, Min/Max, safety stock levels). Track and analyze full inventory costs, including landed and carrying costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Evaluate and improve inventory turnover rates, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. Lead initiatives to consolidate freight and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Act as the Syspro Champion—evaluate, implement, and train others on new functionality and tools to enhance planning, procurement and operational processes. Introduce, enhance and standardize systems and tools that support BOM management, forecasting, scheduling, and procurement activities. Evaluate demand forecasts to support supply chain planning decisions, including parts procurement, production scheduling, and scenario-based what-if analyses. Support revision and routings management to ensure efficient production workflows. Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs; regularly report on performance and recommend improvement strategies. Maintain supplier scorecards.
What We’re Looking For You’re highly analytical and data-driven, with a natural curiosity that pushes you to question existing systems and processes. You have hands-on experience with ERP systems (Syspro being a strong asset) and you take initiative to explore new tools and capabilities, becoming a subject matter expert through your own drive to learn rather than formal training alone. You bring an innovative mindset to procurement and planning, proactively identifying inefficiencies and proposing creative solutions before being asked. You have a strong track record in process development, process mapping, and continuous improvement, enabling you to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence. Cross-functional collaboration comes naturally to you, and you’re equally comfortable working independently or with Engineering, Production, and external suppliers to solve problems and keep things running smoothly. You lead with clarity and accountability, empowering your team to think bigger picture. You are motivated by developing talent and building a culture that fosters curiosity alongside execution.
You bring a background in supply chain, procurement, or operations management, with particular strength in inventory and materials planning. You’re a self-directed problem solver who digs into the root cause of production or supply issues. Your experience in a manufacturing environment helps you navigate the complexities of production workflows, BOMs, and supplier coordination.
Why Join SureShot? At SureShot, you’ll join a company that blends innovation with real-world impact. Our solutions help customers serve consistent, high-quality beverages that delight consumers and drive loyalty. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategy, make meaningful contributions to growth initiatives, and work collaboratively with passionate problem-solvers.
