We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who’s analytical, hands-on, and eager to drive growth across the North American market. You’ll work directly with the Country Manager to identify opportunities, launch new initiatives, and improve operational efficiency — helping PERGOLUX scale sustainably while delivering a world-class customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic growth and operational excellence in the North American market by identifying, supporting, and executing high-impact business initiatives.
- Assist in leading key projects — from research and business case development to implementation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Tech, and Product to adapt global strategies for local market success.
- Research and test new workflows, partnerships, and automation tools that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Country Manager in OKR planning, reporting, and daily operational decision-making.
- Analyze business performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to improving processes across logistics, customer experience, and sales operations.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, consulting, operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers such as cost, revenue, and margin.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (C1 level or above).
- Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to take ownership of projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in e-commerce, startup environments, or cross-functional project coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data dashboards, or project management software.
