Description:

Reporting to the Technical Services Supervisor, you will have to travel to our customers in the agri-food and health sectors in Greater Montreal. You will install, repair and provide after-sales service for a range of products such as hand soap dispensers, product dilutors, dishwashers, etc. We provide the vehicle, tools, uniform and training.

Responsibilities:

You will have to:

• Providing value-added after-sales service and perform problem solving;

• Performing repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems on electromechanical equipment, either onsite or in branch

• Helping other departments through internal work;

• Diagnosing problems, determining corrective action and undertaking repair;

• Managing service calls and examining the customer’s requirements.

Requirements:

To perform well, you must:

• Know how to work in a team, demonstrate initiative and be solutions-oriented

• Have good communication skills and be customer-oriented

• Be incredibly organized and understand processes thoroughly

• Possess post-secondary courses in Electro-Mechanical, Electricity and/or Mechanics would be considered an asset;

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;

• Be able to lift up to a hundred (100) pounds (battery replacement, equipment loading and offloading);
