Job Title: Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) with Medpass Experience

Location: Vankleek Hill, ON

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.

* Administer medications following Medpass protocols under nursing supervision.

* Provide companionship and engage in social and recreational activities.

* Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the nursing team.

* Maintain proper documentation and ensure resident safety.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Previous UCP experience in a long-term care setting.

* Medpass experience and ability to administer medications.

* First Aid & CPR certified, clear criminal record check.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
