About the role
Job Description As a the Coordinator, Knowledge Transfer Program, you will play a key role in the employee experience by supporting and coordinating the integrated vision for knowledge transfer between Lévis and Helsinki shipyards.
More Specifically, You Will
- Support the Director in coordinating all phases of the Knowledge Transfer Program, assist project development and monitoring deadlines and performance indicators.
- Coordinate and assist workers throughout the process of obtaining work permits in Finland and Canada, in collaboration with our immigration Lawyers.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for workers as per HR guidelines – maintain calendars for workers rotations in Finland or Canada. Ensure all requirements and documentation are supplied and accurate.
- Maintain program trackers and perform regular internal audits to ensure program requirements are met.
- Support the follow-up of action plans after meetings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or related technical field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in an administrative or related position.
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with immigration processes is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure, stay focused, meet deadlines, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work on several projects simultaneously,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with effective communication and a strong sense of diplomacy.
- Strong level of communication in English and French to liaise with our Canadian and Finnish employees.
- Availability to travel.
